In the year 2040, human beings look for increasingly strange solutions in hopes of finding connection and community.

This is a very short game.

CW: Body horror, loud screams.

UPDATE: added a fullscreen mode that can be toggled via the main menu. You can also hit F4 at anytime to enter/exit fullscreen.

The desperation for people to belong to something, leading to a gross dependence on technology to find meaning... Nope not relatable at all! Jk I like how the fuzzy static over the graphics lends a sense of uncertainty or dissociation. I'm not sure how to articulate the way it makes me feel. My dread comes from a lack of understanding, which is probably the point lol. Dissatisfaction with the human condition creating a desire for artificial happiness and connection? Ego death and incomprehensible rebirth? Idk It's great though, chilling...

This game made me overwhelming uncomfortable and trying to understand what the underlying meaning was to this game... Youtube Link -

I have to say that with how short this game is, I loved every second of it!

It had me left asking so many other questions, wanting to know more about the environment. I also adore the small talk with our "subject."

I'll certainly be checking you out and promoting your work.

Super fond of this title - the dialogue is just right, the visual design is stunning. I'm very fond of the idea of organisms that can take over and so rapidly modify a body like this - it is a concept of deep, existential anxiety and dread for me. Really fun to play! The body horror reminds me (in a super departed and not intended as comparison way) of a favorite, Sanitarium. I feel so much dread and disgust/fascination it's hard to put into words. :) Thank you for this experience!

Really disturbing game... but cool!

A disturbing point and click horror game concerning human anatomy and the effects a fungus host has on it.

Truly enjoyed the game and never though my stomach would churn by just the writing alone.

hello, I just got the game but I am having trouble trying to get it to full-screen mode. I have it on Windows but when I click the option it doesn't work.

sorry its not working right, try hitting F4 maybe thats the shortcut to get into/out off fullscreen

This game takes at most 2 minutes to play, but by god, if this isn't a disturbing 2 minutes, I don't know what is-

The MacOs version is not working :(

are you getting an error message when you try to open it? please let me know what's happening if you can. thanks.

The download is normal without any type of problem, the problem occurs when I extract the file, I run the program and a window appears with the message: "Discover my Body" is damaged and can not be opened. You should move them to the trash.

1. download the itch app for mac

2. login to it

3. if you see that discover my body is already in your library on the app, delete it

4. redownload the game and try to run it

Thanks, I already tested it and is working. Now I'm going to enjoy it! <3

I really liked the interactions between the player and the subject!

Even though i wish it was just a little bit longer, i really enjoyed the experience. ദ്ദി ˉ͈̀꒳ˉ͈́ )✧ 7/10

I just watched Altered States and that film reminded me so much of this game. Looking forward to the longer game coming out!!

Loved this game! I really liked the body horror and the creative concept. It reminds of some of Cronenberg's movies like existenz. The art is also amazing!

I just got so many chills and just felt so god damn gross playing this game really well done body horror game!

Why is everything so tiny? Unplayable for me, maybe better as a phone game?

This horror game was very different yet I feel like I am missing a lesson or two. Great nonetheless

This game makes me want to itch my bones

Loved the idea! Great way of exploring the need of belonging to something in the actual society (and its consequences of course). Just wished it was a bit longer... I'm eager for more haha!

Also great sound design, very creepy!

Pretty good game! I like how you can see on this game that i doesn't need much features for a game to be interesting!

the only way to win is not to play: but not this game!!! play it!! its cool! :D

Really cool & equally creepy concept. Hope to god never to witness a flowering so here's hoping global warming kicks in first. Great job, you ruined my dessert 👍

Disturbing, I love it! I almost wish it were longer, maybe with a couple more "flowering" patients to observe.

creepy game!

this game is really good!! incredibly spooky. cried in the shower after playing. would recommend

This game was really unsettling and I loved it! Made me think that there are people in this world that would actually do this to themselves. Loved the story behind this as well! Good Game! Gameplay starts at 00:00

We played your game on twitch with the chat! And almighty that aint no normal transformation! Well done Yames, you got me grossed out and terrified! 10/10 flowerings

How did you even think of something like this?

i ate a lot of play-doh as a kid

WE NEED A SEQUEL excellent horror game

This was really excellent and inspiring.

i played this game yesterday at night it was very scary but i really liked it the most beautiful game ever im excited for the new fleshed out sequel i hope its very scary :]

This was unsettling; honestly, the way the guy seemed so happy about it made it even scarier. Amazing game!

nick land would love this a bit to much...

great game, glad to see games made for people like me (besides bloodborne)

where have i heard the scan noise before? anyone else heard it?

You're one of the few creators that can really pull of eldritch horror. Phenomenal job!

I don't think my comment will be seen but congrats!! this game tackles very interesting topics I haven't really seen in horror before, the atmosphere and art are amazing!

This was very cool! I appreciate you not using jumpscares, because I hate how startling those are. This was unsettling in the best way. I love your artwork, and I found the test subject character very likable. He was like a mad scientist. Nice game!

Gracias por tanto Yames, y perdon por tan poco.

Someone help! I want to FullScreen, but the game gets cut off when I press f4 (I think it tries to get TOO big). I am on win10, and have my main monitor mirrored to a large plasma TV, so maybe that is making an issue. Can anyone guide me on how to get it to fullscreen to the correct dimensions? (my primary monitor is just a 1080p Asus monitor)

is it displaying correctly on the main monitor?
