really want to play this game but I'm having some trouble running it on linux. when I try to run it in the terminal I get an error message that it can't find libcrypto.so.1.0.0. i tried to troubleshoot this for a while but i gotta give up -  the file it needs appears to be a very deprecated file that doesn't seem to be readily available anywhere anymore. might give the windows version a shot via wine though.

edit: got it working through wine. loved it!

Pretty good game, I got scared. HOWEVER, it has a bug, or maybe I'm dumb but if you open fullscreen twice, for whatever reason, it freezes the screen on pitch black. I couldn't do anything besides had to reboot my pc...

Love the art direction and visuals, but the writing and concept in and of itself was remarkably pretentious feeling. That could be me projecting though. Good work, otherwise.

I watched a YouTube playthrough of this game years ago and it stuck with me so thoroughly that I had to play it for myself. Incredibly well done bite-sized experience that packs in worldbuilding, progressively dread-inducing body horror, and even some absurd dark comedy - all in about 5-10 minutes. 

The desperation for people to belong to something, leading to a gross dependence on technology to find meaning... Nope not relatable at all! Jk I like how the fuzzy static over the graphics lends a sense of uncertainty or dissociation. I'm not sure how to articulate the way it makes me feel. My dread comes from a lack of understanding, which is probably the point lol. Dissatisfaction with the human condition creating a desire for artificial happiness and connection? Ego death and incomprehensible rebirth? Idk It's great though, chilling...

This game made me overwhelming uncomfortable and trying to understand what the underlying meaning was to this game... Youtube Link -

Super fond of this title - the dialogue is just right, the visual design is stunning. I'm very fond of the idea of organisms that can take over and so rapidly modify a body like this - it is a concept of deep, existential anxiety and dread for me. Really fun to play! The body horror reminds me (in a super departed and not intended as comparison way) of a favorite, Sanitarium. I feel so much dread and disgust/fascination it's hard to put into words. :) Thank you for this experience!
